THE ROLE

The Salesforce Business Analyst provides functional support and works closely with developers, product and test engineers to identify new capabilities and improvements to existing business processes enabled by Salesforce.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Evaluate incidents raised by users and diagnose whether the system is working as intended and identify which components of the system needs to be remedied;
    • Pre-refine user stories to ensure all the information was curated resulting in effective refinement sessions;
    • Clarify any doubts the developers and/or test engineers might have related to a user story or business process;
    • Participate in discovery sessions to understand the business needs and assist with the acceptance criteria and requirements definition;
    • Conducting in-depth discussions with business stakeholders;
    • Interact with product managers and business representatives to ensure the system solutions meet the functional requirements;
    • Support tests, provide demo sessions, and post-deployment support for solutions delivered, from small enhancements to large projects;
    • Leverage knowledge of best practices and build reports and dashboards;
    • Provide train-the-trainer on process and system changes;
    • If required, coordinate across multiple support teams if the incident relates to non-salesforce components;
    • Collaborate alongside the business stakeholders, communicating through all stages of the initiative development;
    • Prepare and communicate the weekly releases and align between product, business, and tech;
    • Lead refinement sessions;
    • Work in an Agile environment with a service mindset, keeping the customer in your mind;
    • Question and offer alternatives to ideas and solutions brought to the team in the spirit of delivering on your customer needs and aligning with the overall strategy for Salesforce development at FARFETCH.


WHO YOU ARE

    • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce;
    • Experience conducting workshops for requirements gathering, being able to interact with stakeholders;
    • Experience with functional designs with a view on the technical solution;
    • Proficient in English, written and spoken;
    • Experienced in the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud is a plus);
    • Salesforce certified or with relevant experience;
    • Able to translate business requirements into innovative Salesforce solutions;
    • Experience with Agile methodology (Confluence and Jira is a plus);
    • Gearset experience is a plus.
