The Wholesale Coordinator supports the whole wholesale function to ensure a consistent, smooth and efficient service is provided to our accounts, such as our department stores and on-line retailers. The Wholesale Coordinator will be data driven, focusing on sales, inventory, reorder and RTV process. Additionally, they will ensure adequate management of Wholesale samples, EDI processes and internal team calendar.

Your Mission:
  • Creation, maintenance, and distribution of weekly and monthly selling reports that analyze a variety of data collected from our key retailers.
  • Support the sales team in all aspects during quarterly selling campaigns through prepping budgets and historical sales, boarding styles for review, creating suggestion packets, and reviewing and entering orders.
  • Manager wholesale marketing initiatives through establishing opportunities within partners and coordinating all samples, and tracking the success of such initiatives.
  • Assisting the Finance department with invoice, debit, credit note queries, and raising credit notes for faulty returns and SOR stock.
  • Represent the brand at all times, demonstrating professionalism, positivity, and team spirit.
  • Support the Sales Director with administration, correspondence, phone calls, and general running of the sales team.
  • Organizing and managing in-store training and Trunk Shows with models, samples, and catering to support key clients.
  • Ensuring the showroom is kept tidy and stock is on display at all time.


Your Talent:
  • Be hands on and willing to assist in other areas of the business when needed
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting systems and ability to interpret data to make effective suggestions for business growth by identifying opportunities
  • Prior experience in luxury fashion accessories, RTW, or lifestyle products with sound commercial knowledge of the wholesale market in each relevant location
  • Self-starter with the ability to organize and manage own workload
  • confident in working with customers and supporting all aspects of the accounts
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure facing deadlines


Systems & Essentials:
  • Experience with client reporting systems such as SKYPAD and Nordstrom Portal is a plus
  • Experience with sample management systems like Fashion GPS
