POSITION SUMMARY:

Support the HR team with HR business partner activities to ensure an engaging and consistent experience for associates and managers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Mainly support the HR operations & administration functions
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment process for retail positions including preparing and placing ads, managing recruitment agencies, pre-selecting applications, conducting interviews for junior or temporary roles, reference checks, and preparing offer proposal for management approval
  • Support the rolling out of HR initiatives including annual dinner, ER, CSR, and social activities and teambuilding etc.
  • Support on reports, analysis and surveys preparation.
  • Responsible for HRIS (WorkDay) update and maintenance
  • Handle daily HR administrative duties including filing, org-chart update and so on
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, i.e. all relevant correspondence such as letters /emails /enquiries.
  • Support ad hoc projects for the team

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in the field of HR
    (preferably working in international organization and retail industry)

    Education:

    University degree in Human Resources or equivalent

    Skills:
  • Proficiency of English (written and oral); Mandarin will be a plus
  • MS-Office skills especially in Excel and Powerpoint, experience in Workday is an advantage
  • Independent, well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
  • Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
  • Be flexible to work in a dynamic environment
  • A good team player
