POSITION SUMMARY:
Support the HR team with HR business partner activities to ensure an engaging and consistent experience for associates and managers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

ORGANIZING: Works according to defined schedules and deadlines; takes direction well and able to work with high accountability; manages own work and tracks progress. Seeks out resources to get things done; able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
ENVIRONMENT: Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Maintains effectiveness when experiencing change
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
Support the HR team with HR business partner activities to ensure an engaging and consistent experience for associates and managers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Mainly support the HR operations & administration functions
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment process for retail positions including preparing and placing ads, managing recruitment agencies, pre-selecting applications, conducting interviews for junior or temporary roles, reference checks, and preparing offer proposal for management approval
- Support the rolling out of HR initiatives including annual dinner, ER, CSR, and social activities and teambuilding etc.
- Support on reports, analysis and surveys preparation.
- Responsible for HRIS (WorkDay) update and maintenance
- Handle daily HR administrative duties including filing, org-chart update and so on
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, i.e. all relevant correspondence such as letters /emails /enquiries.
- Support ad hoc projects for the team

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in the field of HR
(preferably working in international organization and retail industry)
Education:
University degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Skills:
- Proficiency of English (written and oral); Mandarin will be a plus
- MS-Office skills especially in Excel and Powerpoint, experience in Workday is an advantage
- Independent, well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
- Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
- Be flexible to work in a dynamic environment
- A good team player
