Our New York office is located in Midtown near the iconic Bryant Park and the historic Grand Central Terminal, New York's best connected office neighborhood. The beautifully designed office has 360 views and tall windows to bring the outside in. We have a communal kitchen that brings the team together for Family Lunch and Happy Hours. The office is open plan with plenty of rooms and booths to take a private call, have time to relax and work in private or have a large collaborative meeting.


As part of the Farfetch Platform Solutions Client Services team you will lead a team in providing an excellent e-commerce strategy to achieve digital channel, brand and business growth for a strategic, enterprise level FPS client. This is the perfect role for someone with experience within retail and e-commerce to improve the future success of some of the most preeminent brands, boutiques and department stores in the industry. You will provide the opportunity for future hire, management and mentorship of an E-Commerce Consultant and will report to the Head of Client Services, Farfetch Platform Solutions.


    • You will be an important contact for a strategic, enterprise level FPS client. The Manager role includes formulating plans to improve roadmap and business growth using data-driven insights- all to promote tangible commercial growth
    • You will ensure high levels of client satisfaction, with the ultimate measures of success being that they grow their business, adopt to our platform offerings and further deepen their partnership with FPS
    • You will be accountable for client targets and roadmap projects; i) implementing plans to ensure performance targets are met (across trade, operations, ecommerce) ii) working with global teams to ensure roadmap processes, communication and deliverables
    • You will oversee client projects ensuring teams accomplish on time and in full
    • You will take ownership or identifies appropriate owners to ensure resolution of complex client issues.
    • You will be comfortable with delivering updates to and maintaining lines of contact with the C-level client team members including the management of complex topics across business, product/roadmap and operations
    • You will take ownership of Quarterly Business Reviews with Directors and C-level client team members
    • You will create annual budget and forecasts for our clients and identifies strategies, plans needed to ensure these forecasts are achieved/beaten
    • You will work with relevant Farfetch teams on special projects/activations
    • You will identify projects to build client revenue and opportunities to broaden the FPS services that a client partners with us on
    • You will work with Head of to establish to strategy development for FPS brands, in consideration of overall Farfetch Group goals
    • You will communicate with other departments and teams both within FPS (e.g. Ops, Production and Tech, Commercial Project Management) and Farfetch (e.g. E-Concessions, Business Development, Account Management, Media Solutions) to exchange essential information about clients, special projects or to improve the service offering
    • You will remain current on industry developments and translate this knowledge into strategic guidance for brands and FPS


    • You have 5+ years relevant experience in a consultancy, retail or e-commerce role with exposure to/experience in project management
    • You have commercial awareness, and are motivated by the ability to work towards metrics and targets
    • You can take a holistic view of your client's business, beyond just their e-commerce performance
    • You can manage and prioritize multiple client demands including problem-solving / the ownership of issues
    • You have experience and genuine interest in building important client relationships
    • You have digital, retail and luxury fashion industry knowledge and competitor positioning
    • You enjoy getting into the detail with your work and have an eye for spotting errors
    • You can create project plans and see them through to execution
    • You have previous people management experience including coaching, hiring and building teams
