Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Manager for Technology Department and Engineering Team
• Serve as owner of the Product Roadmap timeline for all projects
• Manage team Kanban board and any Sprint planning as needed
• Record requirements from stakeholders and work with team to translate to executable

tickets

• Support in technical project management of large-scale software implementations
• Participate and/or lead in solutioning and product brainstorming sessions
• Provide continual feedback from the business on adoption and usage of internal tools
• Support development teams by prioritizing tasks and deliverables
• Identify KPIs and build dashboards to optimize performance and goal setting
• Development interdepartmental relationships built on listening, trust and support
• Translate technical requirements back to the business
• Provide basic training of new features and enhancements to the stakeholders
• Support in QA testing as needed
• Draft release notes and communicate deployment schedules
• Help build trust and reliability in the Technology Department

Experience and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years’ experience in Product Management for Systems (Technical)
• 2+ years’ experience in project management
• Familiar with SaaS applications and general back-office software
• Experience working with a team of Engineers/Developers
• Proven track record of delivering clear technical requirements
• Familiar with SDLC procedures
• Basic understanding of best practices and business process in Agile software

development

• Experience with Netsuite is a huge plus
• Experience with platforms such as AWS, GCP, Node.js is a huge plus
