John Galliano was named Creative Director of the house in 2014, bringing his sense of spectacle and creative mastery to the unique ethos of Maison Margiela. Job mission
  • The Content Creation Manager & Producer (E-Business) will be project managing all stakeholders in the lead-up to launch of new MM.com in 2022.
  • Produce & manage Ecomm & Homepage photoshoots with internal (e-commerce and marketing teams) and external (agencies, freelancers)
  • Following go-live of MM.com, the Content Creation Manager & Producer will manage and oversee Business-focused content creation and manage the new Studio Space ( from Q2 2022)


Job responsabilities & activities

New Website Launch
  • In close collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders, project-manage the launch of new website in 2022 (OTB, Web Design Company, Integrator, Tone of Voice agency, Photographer & creative teams + MM Internal


Content Creation ( E-Business)
  • Implement & produce Product & Homepage shoots in line with MM and MM6 guidelines.
  • In collaboration with Production team, develop shoot budgets & execution of assets and post production
  • Work alongside MM internal Digital Producer (who is ensuring sample availability of samples, product descriptions and is the direct liaison between Communication & Eshop teams)
  • . Ensuring proper and timely delivery of assets to align with MM.com upload timings Pictures Management for seasonal, carry over and licenced products
  • Consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, process, relevant delays or issues and budget implications.


Omnichannel, Merchandising, Retail Stores, Wholesale, CRM
  • Work closely with Digital Communications Team to strategically support CRM, and Omnichannel teams to create customized content
  • Work closely with Omnichannel, Merchandizing and Wholesale teams to strategize Digital Communication plans and determine key product pushes to support at the suitable time


L'Oreal/ MM Fragrance
  • Liaise with l'Oreal Marketing & Digital team on a regular basis as it relates to representation on MM.com and MMF.com


Photo Studio, Establishing & Management
  • Benchmark Ecommerce Studio set-up of competitors
  • Forecast and develop budget to establish MM internal Studio space, including location, equipment, freelance and Full time staff to run the studio
  • Once established, oversee shoot production and scheduling for MM Ecomm Studio
  • Oversee and implement production for all MM.com shoots in the studio


Reporting & Metrics
  • Use metrics provided by CRM, SEO and Social Media team as an indicator for adjusting and developing future MM.com strategies


Competitive & Industry
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, editorial changes and competitors' initiatives
  • Track best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations. Drive innovation to ensure that we are sending industry leading communications.


Budget
  • Forecast costs, quotations, and monitor budgets as it relates to the development of the new MM.com, shoots & the new Studio.


Skills & Experience
  • At least 5+ years in creative fashion & e-commerce/on-set photo shoot experience
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Able to work efficiently to tight deadlines, juggling numerous projects at once, and proactively sourcing the relevant information from key stakeholders
  • Strong industry network
  • Strong experience with budgeting and negotiating process
  • An excellent cross-functional creative person
  • A practical problem solver and entrepreneurial thinker
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
