The Team
The Tommy Hilfiger Buying & Planning and Operations team is one of the main business drivers within Tommy Hilfiger Europe. Based in the Amsterdam European HQ, the team is split into 4 sub teams: Buying and Planning, Buying & Planning Operations, Merchandise Operations and Project Management.

These 4 teams work together seamlessly to ensure the correct product is available at the correct time in the correct quantity. Our department is responsible for system setup, buy placement, demand planning, supply planning, order tracking, project management and many other operational, analytical and tactical functions within the Tommy Hilfiger EU and IM business.

The Position
Based in Amsterdam, the Demand and Supply Planner International Markets (NOS) manages demand- and supply planning, buying, analytical and operational related aspects for the International Markets buying into the European Never Out of Stock assortments of the Tommy Hilfiger lifestyles

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and consolidate the outcome of the monthly IM demand plans from regional demand planning counterparts.
  • Translate regional demand plans into monthly buys and capacity plans in cooperation with the EU planning team and vendors.
  • Represent the Divisions to the International Markets and actively engage with them as the NOS ambassador.
  • Business Process Development for new International Market's Demand Planning process.
  • Stakeholder Management, liaise with cross-functional teams (International regions, Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing) to ensure information accuracy and process alignment across NOS lifestyles / divisions.
  • Collaborating on projects relating to Lead Time Reduction, Vendor Capacity Planning.

The Ideal candidate
  • Completed Business degree and approximately 1 - 3 years' of experience in Planning & Analysis field.
  • Highly organized, analytical mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Used to working with deadlines (Time management)
  • Ability to work autonomously and to take ownership of tasks.
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Preferably, have experience in forecasting.
  • Fluent in English
