Our Los Angeles office is found in the centre of downtown LA. Our office is in one of the city's tallest buildings with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the mountains and the Hollywood sign. Inside, the office is full of plants and beautiful furniture, with amenities and work areas that allow Farfetchers to design their day to be the best it can be. Some of the main teams located here include Operations, Customer Service and Production.


We're looking for a People Operations Coordinator, with a focus on benefits administration, to help us build our North American People Operations department. Reporting to the Head of People Operations you'll create an excellent benefits experience for our employees as we continue to grow. You'll be a progressive HR professional, with solid experience in benefits, FMLA, LOA and a familiarity with federal, state and local laws.


    • Administer multiple benefit programs, which may include medical, dental, vision, disability, FSA, wellness and more
    • You will support annual benefits open enrolment and oversee all data related to benefits feeds
    • You will research new benefit offers/optimization and use data to guide your decisions
    • Monitor benefit enrolments, terminations, changes in coverage and audit
    • Respond to employee benefit inquiries and work with carriers to resolve any issues.
    • Conduct new employee benefit orientations and provide other educational opportunities throughout the year
    • Work with benefits brokers and vendors
    • Create benefits communications and collateral for employees
    • Support and develop with employee wellness plans


    • You have at least 1 years of progressive HR experience, with an emphasis in benefits
    • Knowledge of US benefits market and practices
    • Familiar with US laws and regulations in relation to benefits
    • You have experience with HR technology (ADP or Workday)
    • You can problem solve and understand issues in the context of the bigger picture and impact
    • You have an ability to translate analytics into insights and actions
    • You have clear, succinct and influential written and verbal communication skills
    • You can work on tight deadlines with organization
    • You are an ambassador of change, with a dynamic approach to work
