NEW YORK

Our New York office is located in Midtown near the iconic Bryant Park and the historic Grand Central Terminal, New York's best connected office neighborhood. The beautifully designed office has 360 views and tall windows to bring the outside in. We have a communal kitchen that brings the team together for Family Lunch and Happy Hours. The office is open plan with plenty of rooms and booths to take a private call, have time to relax and work in private or have a large collaborative meeting.

THE ROLE

The Client Development Executive supports the Client Development Manager, Private Client, in partnership with the Private Client Sales Managers, to propel sales and growth in the North America region through both CD and sales projects. In addition to improving sales performance, you will help increase client engagement, client retention, new client acquisition and opportunities to enhance our client experience striving to always keep our clients within the internal PC tier. Excellent program management of events and client development projects will be important to the success of this role. A high-level of collaboration is necessary across several teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will support the Client Development manager to implement meaningful and creative programs. Encourage participation across regional and global PC teams
    • You will create and refine processes and put efficiencies in place
    • You will use CRM systems to support identifying core clients across NA to increase client retention and sales
    • You will use data to support in profiling top tier clients, potential new clients, and their networks
    • You will support new client acquisition activities to strengthen client loyalty and retention
    • You will be a contact for sharing perspective across teams, providing data-driven client feedback to team members
    • You will support events and travel within allotted budgets, align and report on performance projects
    • You will work in partnership with the Business Analyst to report stylist performance as it relates to sales and client development programs


WHO YOU ARE

    • You have 2+ years of experience in the luxury fashion industry
    • You have 2+ years of CRM experience
    • You are an extremely organized and proactive person with a strength in analytics and operational processes
    • You can engage and build customer relations
    • You understand international and local customs, embracing diversity
    • You have a business development and growth mindset
    • You pride yourself in being a communicator with team members at all levels
