Overview:

Reporting to the IS&T Business Intelligence & Integration Manager, the Business Intelligence Analyst will partner with global departments including Finance, Merchandising, Retail, E Commerce, Production and CRM. This role will interact constantly with the Regional IS&T Manager to help identify gaps and opportunities in the Business Intelligence area as well as communicate effectively with system integrators and consultants when the need arises.

Your Mission:
  • Oversee and lead Business Intelligence related matters across IT Stella McCartney
  • Management of the Business Intelligence tooling and reports/dashboards
  • Create and look after the maintenance of institutional Business Intelligence across the company
  • Ensure the schema and adequacy of the data sets available to BI my liaising with other members of the IS&T team as required
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to manage evolution of BI reporting
  • Releases documentation and conducts training across the business in regards to BI
  • Engages any related suppliers to handle projects where the use of external capability is required
  • Participate with other IT colleagues of Tech, BI, Operations and Finance teams, in handling properly the release in "production environment" of changes approved, after technical validation and users tests


Your Talent:
  • Ability to translate business requirements into data driven insights
  • Enthusiastic self-starter who seeks to learn and understand the processes behind the reporting
  • Experience of a greenfield BI project would be advantageous
  • Experience in a similar role within a Retail/Fashion company
  • Experience running BI projects independently
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • English - fluent, mother-tongue or advanced
  • Italian - advantageous although not essential


Systems and Essentials:
  • Excellent Database & BI skillset ideally within a Microsoft based stack
  • Reporting Services, Power BI, SQL Server, Azure Synapse DW, SSIS, Azure Data Factories
