RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work collaboratively to analyze marketing campaigns and website performance, identify opportunities, create recommendations that inform strategy.

· Create weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual hindsight reporting.

· Partner with BI and IT teams to define and roadmap data modeling, visualizations and dashboards. Perform ongoing data validation and ensure integrity.

· Help build reporting framework to better understand consumer journey and shopping behavior.

· Synthesize complex multi-channel data sources into actionable insights and improvements.

· Analyze and model customer funnels, segments and A/B testing to improve campaign efficiency, acquisition and retention.

· Work closely with Digital Marketing and Digital Merchandising to forecast relevant KPIs against sales projections and goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's Degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Analytic or any related fields.

· 2-4 years of experience in Statistical Analysis, Business, Marketing and/or Ecommerce.

· Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Google Analytics.

· Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (ex. Looker) and API integrations

· Exceptional analytical skills. Able to translate data into actionable insights.

· Understanding of ecommerce/marketing and KPIs (CAC, CPO, LTV, CVR, Retention, etc).

· Familiar with luxury fashion or related industry and international market.

· Excellent communication and visualization skills.
