About THE ROLE

PVH Retail is responsible for circa 50% of the Region North total business. It is a fast paced, energetic and open environment - where everyone has a voice and is highly encouraged to contribute. Our teams operate autonomously, but with one consistent red thread that runs through our retail business - 'Retail Working As One'. We are one team, made up of five key departments: Buying, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations and our Store Teams on the ground, driving our business. Our focus is always stores' first. We put our teams on the ground, serving our consumers, at the forefront of everything we do.

The IT and DIGITAL PROJECTS Manager plays a fundamental role in supporting the retail function, the wider business and external partners by providing a reliable, confidential and efficient support service. They drive digital projects and product development in support of the Region North strategy

Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee and manage all customer facing digital elements within the Region North
  • In conjunction with the IT AMS team ensure all store IT hardware and key applications are fully functional
  • Working with the AMS digital teams to ensure alignment on digital projects and new digital product development
  • Innovate and strategize new digital product development to enhance productivity and efficiency across the Region North
  • Rollout and maintain key IT/Digital Infrastructure in Retail across the Northern Hub
  • Working with AMS ensure the UK delivers the PVH digital and IT strategy
  • Create, deliver and maintain IT store asset register
  • Deliver consistent high standards of IT services to new/refit store projects
  • Working to an agreed SLA ensure IT services to the store are within agreed KPIs
  • Continually train, coach and develop team to ensure they are able to carry out their role effectively.
  • Oversee project and product support for all RFID services and the wider RFID strategy across the Region North
  • Identify and address any performance issues within the team in a timely and effective manner, escalating to the appropriate channels where necessary.

About YOU
  • You will have 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • SAP Retail and Oracle experience preferable.
  • You will have the ability to summarise headline topics & issues in a succinct manner. Presenting to all levels.
  • You will have a proven record of accomplishment of leading, coaching & developing teams.
  • You will have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.
  • You will be a creative, commercially aware and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels.
  • You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace.
  • You will have an innovative, proactive and solutions oriented mind-set.
  • You will have strong project and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
