The Team

The Omnichannel Services team is a keystone of the wider Omnichannel Development, Controlling & Business Operations department, whose mission is to pioneer the future of commerce & empower our people to join us on this journey. The Omnichannel Development team's objective is to create a seamless consumer experience across all distribution channels, connecting online and offline channels, as well as enhancing the in-store experience by offering relevant and innovative digital products, tools and services. We research new trends and ideas, evaluate them and decide based on strategic fit to both our brands, about implementation, scope, timelines and implications on the omnichannel roadmap.

The Omnichannel Services team has already designed, built and developed a suite of omnichannel services including Click & Collect, Return in Store, Order in Store, Ship from Store, Find in Store, which are now running throughout PVH stores in Europe. We seek to deliver services that enhance our consumers' brand experience, as well as empowering our store staff by putting technology at their service.

The Position

As a Product Owner for the "Omnichannel Roll Out" product team, you are responsible for the seamless configeration, development, end to end testing and deployment of PVH's suite of omnichannel services into retail stores in Europe.

You will lead a multidisciplinary scrum team to deliver these services into markets, managing key relationships with stakeholders to limit dependencies and to ensure a seamless and smooth roll out of the services. You also keep an eye on the big picture, co-creating a vision for the future of omnichannel services in Europe and are responsible for building and delivering the roadmap for the Roll Out team to achieve our omnichannel ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the product owner for multiple omnichannel services (utilizing different applications, systems and tools) on a Europe wide basis, for both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. Your team will build, test and deploy solutions and ensure their smooth roll out into new markets
  • Responsible for product management including defining, scoping, planning, development, rollout and support of the digital solutions.
  • Defining: work with expansion team + stakeholders in building clear briefings, define project/product objectives, etc
  • Scoping: together with other product teams, assess business & technical effort to realize the project, uncover dependencies, establish timelines
  • Planning: Decide preferred project methodology, write user stories and refine with scrum teams, plan user-testing sessions, etc.
  • Development: iterate to build MVP product, lead UAT across-countries, prepare implementation strategy, etc
  • Rollout: work with expansion & platform team to deploy the solution to the stores, produce product documentation, etc.
  • Support: oversee hypercare and assist in L3 issues resolution during hypercare phase
  • Lead multidisciplinary scrum team (incl. BA, developers, QA) and together drive the completion of backlog (projects, epics and stories)
  • Co-lead the agile ceremonies (demo, planning, grooming, retro, etc.) together with the Scrum Master and Business Analyst
  • Work closely with global stakeholders (retail, e-com, IT, etc.), local country offices and store teams to ensure that projects are smoothly implemented and embedded within the organization
  • Build up a strong internal network to drive strategic projects
  • Be the main point of contact for Omnichannel Services Roll Out topics and manage relationships accordingly
  • Regularly report overall program status and continuously manage backlog. Anticipate and communicate risks to key stakeholders in IT, different business functions and external vendors
  • Support the expansion of your product portfolio on operational requisites such as issue management, store staff trainings and feedback sessions

The Ideal Candidate
  • University degree with minimum 3 years of work experience in project management
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills
  • Able to synthesize and clearly communicate complex information
  • Proven ability to lead, interact, collaborate, and influence at all levels
  • Persuasive, encouraging, and a motivating influence
  • Proactive, determined, and dynamic, with proven follow-up ability
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Expertise with project / information management tools, such as Confluence, Jira, Asana
  • Be a champion of Agile product development and guide other stakeholders to learn and adopt those methodologies
  • Passion for new technologies and eagerness to drive Omnichannel innovations. Use creativity to solve challenges and be on the lookout to find new ways to improve consumers' shopping experiences
