The Brand Marketing team are responsible for increasing brand awareness of Tommy Hilfiger, delivering campaigns, storytelling, inspiration and innovation to consumers with a positive ROI. Your main responsibility is to develop and execute full marketing mix omni-channel campaigns and journeys for each season in partnership with the Centre of Excellence (C.O.E). You and the team are responsible for brand campaigns, product launches, high profile collaborations, events, store openings, digital activations, consumer initiatives and elevating brand equity. To be successful in this role you will require a growth mindset, innovative marketing approach, positive collaboration, consumer centric thinking and commercial understanding and ability to manage multiple workstreams whilst delivering at speed.

You will report to the TH Senior Marketing Director, Region North and will work in close partnership with the other TH Marketing Managers and C.O.E.

Responsibilities include:
  • Brand Campaigns & Journeys - Plan, develop and execute omni-channel campaigns (retail, .com, social, comms, influencer, account content, commercial content) in partnership with C.O.E. Develop marketing calendars and measures to expand the presence of TH (World of Hilfiger and World of Tommy) on a local level with predefined KPI's and ROI's on all channels. Align across North Region to find synergies.
  • Planning & Operations - Be the lead on channel mapping, seasonal brand plans, product ordering, x-functional alignment on stories and looks. Update and maintain retail and wholesale calendars. General team support across retail and wholesale channels.
  • Customer Management - Collaborate with strategic partners and retail to leverage their channels and capabilities as brand amplifiers. Connect locally with consumers at the right time, with the right voice and the right product.
  • Performance & Media - Partner with C.O.E on campaign brand media briefs, performance marketing plans, product integration within account plans.
  • Consumer Insight - Understand local consumer trends and insights. Identify opportunities to grow full funnel. Work closely with Insights & Analytics to capture and feed in to future plans. Constantly analyze brand positioning.
  • Go-To-Market - Oversee marketing responsibilities to guide sales teams during the GTM process. Be a strong business partner with Wholesale, Retail and Ecommerce. Understand commercial needs and co-create marketing plans to deliver business priorities.
  • Brand Elevation - Be a brand guardian in market. Collaborate and explore new ways to provide the most elevated and premium brand experience across all channels.
  • Projects - Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and local contact person for cross-departmental projects.
  • Finance - Measure impact of investments. Partner closely with the Brand Marketing Director to manage marketing budget, keeping track on spend and identify ways to drive more profitable marketing investments. Support with budget planning on an annual base.
  • Collaboration - Ensure stakeholders are updated on marketing plans and program. Be transparent on plans across region. Encourage cross functional collaboration within your team, across the function and wider business.
  • Team - Inspire, coach and develop the TH & CK Marketing Executive Netherlands to deliver both the business targets and individual goals. Set clear direction and goals.
