Your Opportunity
As Omnichannel & ECom IT Analyst you will be part of IT Marketing & Digital Integration, dealing with internal business functions and external technical partners and you are in charge of Omnichannel, E-commece and Marketplace Projects.
You are a solid business analyst able to grasp the need of the business operation, translate it into requirements specifications and configure programs to create the needed results
You possess the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and work in a team environment to develop application solutions.

How will You contribute
You will manage complex projects, with great authonomy, starting from gathering business requirements that are necessary for the development or configuration of application software projects, from the requirement analysis, to the delivery and post-delivery support.
You will:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure that systems and programs are tested and debugged.
  • Analyze, detect, identifie and correct technical problems and deficiencies.
  • Monitor and collect data on system performance.
  • Assist and train customers.
  • Organize the projects activities, define the projects timeline in order to manage the costs, tasks, and resources.
Who you are
You are a solid professional with Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering with 5 years' experience as functional or technical analyst in international corporation or consulting companies.
You have:
  • Sound technical experience in software development, project delivery and post-delivery.
  • Experience in marketplace integration
  • Good knowledge of ECOM Architecture and customization required
  • Knowledge of Adobe AEM
  • Knowledge of Adobe Campaign
  • SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) as a plus
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communications (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required and must be able to work effectively with all levels of personnel
