Position Overview
The Media Manager, World of Ralph Lauren, will be a pivotal member of the North America Media & Digital Marketing team, managing and executing key World of Ralph Lauren brand campaigns, with a focus on customer acquisition across Ralph Lauren brands and DTC businesses. This fast-paced role works primarily in digital media and requires a strong understanding of full funnel executions. The ideal candidate will have a vision for the future of paid media and marketing, with a strong sense of brand judgement and customer centricity.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage strategic development, execution, and optimization of North America World of Ralph Lauren acquisition campaigns, across digital and drive-to-store initiatives. - Advance campaign effectiveness through opportunities driven by relevant insights, reaching customer goals through brand-led executions. - Manage complex campaign budgets across stakeholders, along with campaign forecasting. - Close collaboration with full North America Media team for full funnel media planning. - Strong partnership with the broader North America Media & Digital Marketing team for execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across key marketing initiatives. - Manage creative briefing and asset approvals pipeline, assuring on-time delivery across internal and external teams, in alignment with media strategy and business stakeholders. - Align media targeting for personalized and best in class storytelling across campaign touchpoints. - Manage monitoring of ongoing media performance to plan against customer, brand, and business KPIs, assuring a cadenced frequency of summaries, with regular contributions to campaign recaps and insight summaries. - Develop deep insights for senior leadership, employing data storytelling with advocacy for strategic optimizations. - Foster strong internal and external relationships, with a continual focus on relationship management and opportunities. - Stay current and knowledgeable on new developments, trends, and technologies in the digital marketing and paid media space.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Experience in customer-driven brand media required, preferably in a retail e-commerce environment.
* Broader digital marketing, customer marketing, and agency experience a plus.
* Well-versed in all aspects of Marketing, with exceptionally strong brand judgment.
* Deep familiarity of various reporting and ad serving tools.
* Demonstrated experience of digital targeting and segmentation strategies and capabilities.
* Strong understanding of the media landscape and consumer behavior.
* Sound analytical and Excel skills with the ability to quickly isolate data and insights.
* Proactive team player and self-starter, with the ability to communicate and collaborate well among cross-functional teams.
* Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and project management skills; ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and adapt to ever-changing scenarios.
* Strong follow through with attention to detail; willingness to be hands-on and enthusiastic to drive results.
* Exemplary written and oral communication and presentation skills, with an eye for visual data storytelling and experience producing content for C-Suite presentations. #LI-AM6
