Job Title: Sr. Director, Digital Business Insights
Primary Purpose:
The Sr. Director of Digital Business Insights is responsible for measuring, monitoring and driving our digital business from a customer lens. They will be an analytical leader, and a key change agent in Tapestry's Acceleration Program tasked with transforming the company into a data-driven, customer centric organization. They will generate action oriented insights to the organization, contribute to innovative marketing and customer strategies, ultimately driving customer engagement and retention

- Leverages user mentality to conceptually design self-service reporting & analytics focused on customer data
- Translates business objectives into customer-based goals, establishing framework for measurement of Acquisition, Retention and Reactivation activities. Monitors progress against these goals, providing actional recommendations to brand partners.
- Leverages analytical tools (web analytics, media platform reporting, customer data platform) to investigate business and behavioral questions, delivering insights to inform tactical plans
- Evolve measurement approach to the performance of direct messaging programs to incorporate both engagement KPIs and customer segment performance
- Analyzes customer data to identify significant audience-based marketing opportunities. Partners with brands, providing data/ insight required to realize opportunity.
- Develop and maintain a process to evaluate the validity and timeliness of marketing tests, data, and related insights

The accomplished individual will possess...
- 10+ years of experience in retail, customer data, and/or marketing
- In depth experience with retail marketing, including campaign management across email, paid search, paid social, and measurement, and analysis of marketing efficiency, return on ad spend, and customer acquisition/retention cost
- Proficient with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
- Proficient with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Google, and DSPs
- Proficient with analytics tools such as Excel, Access, Tableau, Alteryx, Domo, SAS
- Experience with working with cross functional internal teams, offshore teams, and agencies
- Experience managing teams of 1-3 analytics resources (internal or external)
