Position Overview
Partner with the Agency Creative Director and Head of Brand Creative in the delivery of compelling 360° campaigns. This role is based around the inception, production and execution of the marketing and advertising communications that live across multiple platforms and channels globally. The position reports to Head of Brand Creative and will touch all communication channels including but (not limited to) digital & print advertising, cross platform video and social media.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of Brand Creative, Design partners, Marketing leads, Production, Project Managers and other cross functional departments to create a range of brand content and campaign deliverables
• Confidently lead the development and delivery of 360 content campaigns across multiple touch points
• Work with Creative Leadership to refine concept presentation documents, including but not limited to photo and video art direction, graphic design, and third-party creative collaboration
• High confidence leading complex and fast-paced productions and shoots with multiple elements including photography, video and social specific capture, interacting with internal and external partners with clarity and professionalism
• Lead on set production
• Follow through with content post-production across dynamic deliverables
• Manage retouching to a high standard and taste level
• Ensure that all projects are within deadlines and budget constraints
• Develop consistent visual voice across all materials
• Ensure the highest taste levels in all aspects of a project are met at all times through conception, production and post production
• Promote, suggest and introduce new, fresh talent and collaborators proactively

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Professional experience working within the world of fashion advertising agencies, in-house fashion brand creative / magazine / editorial background perferred
• Highly refined taste levels, with references ranging from fashion to design, art and culture, with a curious nature and the will to come up with new and fresh ideas
• In-depth experience coming up with and developing cohesive 360 creative concepts, confidently presenting these to creative and cross-functional partners while making sure all aspects of creative and production are taken into account
• In-depth experience directing complex photo and video sets, working with photographers and directors- from initial concept references to final execution
• Competence working with video for both editorial / brand content, as well as social & platform-native video capture - from developing treatments and storyboards to working with DPs, directors, editors and motion designers
• Strong image editing skills
• Significant knowledge in post production for photography and video-from leading retouching to editing sessions and color grading
• Strong Photoshop, InDesign and keynote skills; working knowledge of other current design applications
• Some experience with Ai (Illustrator) and Premiere and After Effects
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline preferred
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
• Excellent understanding of typography - Strong attention to detail
• Strong time management and ability to multitask
• Adaptive design eye and skill
