About the Role

In this role, you will be a leader on the Franchise Brand Planning team that brings the financial strategy of our product vision to life for our Franchisees. As Senior Planner, you will drive the franchisee seasonal investments to hit wholesale revenue targets and earnings through leading analysis and investments at the regional/product level, developing relationships, and defining key opportunities for continued growth. You are passionate about using your qualitative and quantitative skillset in a fashion retail environment and find joy in identifying global market nuances. You are curious, innovative, and focused on executing an amazing customer experience while delivering/exceeding financial targets. Strong analytical and storytelling skills will serve you well, and a collaborative mindset is a must.

What You'll Do

  • Product leader for two growing regions under the Gap Franchise umbrella and unlocked processes and cross-functional ways of working
  • Develop and communicate, in conjunction with Merchandising, comprehensive pre-season strategies that align to future financial product opportunities; while protecting key product attributes through franchise exclusives and market nuances, such as Reverse seasonality and year-round Hot Markets
  • Identify financial risk and opportunities through a product lens and work cross-functionally with Merchandising and Pricing on problem-solving and next steps
  • Lead and drive new projects within the region on potential growth
  • Identify and set financial product benchmarks and guardrails at partner level each season
  • Influence partner seasonal investments
  • Develop processes and tools based on fast-paced changing retail environment
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information, share best practices and develop systems knowledge and Create an innovating, results-oriented environment
  • Will have a direct report

  • Possess strong business acumen and strategic agility, able to handle many projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing workload
  • Demonstrate strong listening, written, and oral communication skills, able to present ideas and directions that rally others to action
  • Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions
  • Flexible with working some late nights due to cross -functional teams time zones
  • Ability to travel
