Purpose of the job:
Reporting to the Customer Service Coordinator, the candidate will e nsure the correct logistic and commercial process of the Brands managed by the team.

Reporting to the Customer Service Coordinator, the candidate will e nsure the correct logistic and commercial process of the Brands managed by the team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise product shipment with reference to seasonal order, MTM, reorder, stock and uniforms;
- Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure the respect of the delivery window;
- Seasonal order management and web related acquisition and order entry;
- Market product delivery forecast and its update;
- Manages commercial correspondence with customers, interfacing and collaborating with Product Managers, Purchasing, Warehouse and Accounting Offices;
- EDI management (files, invoice and data transmission to market with PO acquisition order);
- Product return management in case of quality problems or factory defects/reparations;
- Cooperation with Credit/account dept. to supervise the payment situation for each Brand;
- Cooperation with Supply Chain Quality and certificate dept. to verify the customs requirement before shipping.
Principal Skills Required:
- Communication, Customer Service and organizational skills;
- Interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task;
- A positive and caring attitude;
- Computer (Office) skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- School-leaving certificate or University degree
- Fluent English
Related experience in Customer Service operations is preferred.
