Purpose of the job:
Reporting to the Customer Service Coordinator, the candidate will e nsure the correct logistic and commercial process of the Brands managed by the team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise product shipment with reference to seasonal order, MTM, reorder, stock and uniforms;
  • Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure the respect of the delivery window;
  • Seasonal order management and web related acquisition and order entry;
  • Market product delivery forecast and its update;
  • Manages commercial correspondence with customers, interfacing and collaborating with Product Managers, Purchasing, Warehouse and Accounting Offices;
  • EDI management (files, invoice and data transmission to market with PO acquisition order);
  • Product return management in case of quality problems or factory defects/reparations;
  • Cooperation with Credit/account dept. to supervise the payment situation for each Brand;
  • Cooperation with Supply Chain Quality and certificate dept. to verify the customs requirement before shipping.

Principal Skills Required:
  • Communication, Customer Service and organizational skills;
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task;
  • A positive and caring attitude;
  • Computer (Office) skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • School-leaving certificate or University degree
  • Fluent English

    Related experience in Customer Service operations is preferred.
