Working here means that you get to build the work environment that best accommodates your unique needs and enables you to bring your best, most productive self to work – from nearly anywhere. Our interviewing and onboarding activities are conducted virtually, as will most of your work, but you should be open to working in person from time to time if necessary.

Key Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day content calendar and operations for our direct-to-consumer apparel line, Who What Wear Collection, including sourcing and creating images and videos, writing copy, analyzing metrics, and pushing all content live.
  • Brainstorm with social and cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, influencer, design, and creative, to conceptualize innovative social ideas that meet brand KPIs, including traffic to the site, brand awareness, conversion, and follower growth.
  • Pitch, produce, shoot, and edit engaging social-first content that brings the Who What Wear Collection to life across Instagram and TikTok.
  • Serve as consumer-facing talent for social-first content on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Oversee community management across Who What Wear Collection social handles and contribute to brand-building initiatives.
  • Work with the Director of Social Strategy to provide insights on content performance and develop key takeaways for optimizing for future campaigns and projects.
  • Stay abreast of key industry trends, trending pop culture moments, competitive insights, and emerging social media, marketing, and e-commerce technologies.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in social media marketing and e-commerce with a strong content creation background; in-house DTC experience preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with social publishing and reporting tools and all major social platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Facebook, with a working knowledge of platform editing tools; passion for photography, videography, and iPhoto photo & editing a plus.
  • Must be comfortable being featured in social content, including speaking to the camera.
  • Self-starter, highly organized, and can work calmly under pressure, problem-solve, and be proactive—comfortable wearing many hats; able to handle multiple priorities while meeting objectives and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to balance strong creative instincts, a sharp eye, and attention to detail with a strategic and results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication; strong writing skills are critical.
  • Passionate about the fashion and beauty space.

Benefits & Perks:

  • Work/Life Balance: Unlimited time off, paid holidays, paid winter break, and flexible work schedules.
