About the job

This position will support the Product, Technology & Analytics team as well as the Corporate Communications team in promoting the business's tech innovation initiatives. This role will act as liaison between tech and comms departments, with the goal of incorporating the latest technology news into our overall communication messages, both internal and external. The ideal candidate can proactively organize, streamline initiatives and messages, project manage, and execute on both overarching company projects and day-to-day operational needs. This person is a collaborative team member and process leader, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a unique perspective to the table.

Other Key Responsibilities
· Dual report to the Corporate Communications and the Product, Technology & Analytics Pyramid.

· Create message points around Product/IT initiatives

· Support on technology driven press stories, related talking points and briefs, etc.

· Research and coordinate relevant speaking engagements for Tech leadership

· Create town hall presentations on relevant tech initiatives

· Craft and distribute pyramid internal memos

· Lead conceptualization and creation of regular tech / innovation LinkedIn posts

· Create pyramid monthly newsletter

· Share company culture stories with a technology perspective

· Support organizing pyramid team meetings/gatherings


· 4+ years in Communications. Tech experience preferred.

· Understanding of tech landscape and familiarity with existing and emergent software

· Excellent communication, listening and project management skills

· Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at once

· Attentive to detail and organization

· Isn't afraid to work hard and work fast
