Scope:

Reporting to the IS&T Finance Manager, the person will monitor the correct operating of Finance IT Systems.

He/she will interact constantly with the Finance Key-Users and their operative collaborators, to discuss and resolve the issues alerted, to facilitate applying fix or solution. He/she will keep in alignment the other IS&T staff to address and resolve impact on Finance tools coming from other systems and will liaise with external suppliers' consultants.

Main responsibilities:

- Support the worldwide Finance community on all SAP S4H ERP (and related legacy systems and finance systems), from middleware to database to standard or web applications; liaises with Tech team to keep controlled the SAP infrastructure, monitoring together the related KPIs.

- Interact with the Key Users at Corporate and Regional level, to review the Finance issues and get operative resolution.

- Guarantee consistency of information coming to the Operational ERPs with data within the financial systems (SAP & Board); in particular, ensures the stock evaluation and depreciation functions work across systems (Stealth 3000, Stealth Retail, SAP, Excel, PowerBi).

- Control the implementation, roll-out and maintenance of all the Finance functions (primarily in SAP, but also Stealth 3000) all over the countries and legal entities.

- Identify and suggests to IS&T Finance Manager any opportunity to maximize existing systems functionality and streamline the related business processes.

- Manage the external suppliers needed to deliver the system & application maintenance, participating to the monthly service review with them.

- Release documentation in terms of User Guides and Quick Hints, to improve the knowledge of Business Users in using the Finance Systems.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of similar experience, preferable acquired in the Retail companies;
  • Bachelor Degree in Technical Science or Information Systems; the Master Degree in Computer Science will be considered a plus;
  • Good technical and hands on knowledge of SAP4Hana modules (FI, CO, AA, TR), Accounting (GL, AP, AR) Assets, Treasury, Stock Ledger management;
  • Experience in Stealth, Esker, Treasury System and Consolidation system will be an added advantage;
  • Good knowledge of SAP PI, BW, Tech Basis;
  • Attitude to business support teamwork, problem solving;
  • Drive for results and ability to work under pressure and independently;
  • Willing to travel;
  • Excellent English and Italian (both written and spoken).
