WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Professional experience and proven track record within E-Commerce Business; first experience in coordinating teams is preferred
  • You are reliable and deliver what you promise. You keep up with the key focus areas and try to push initiatives to increase the delivery performance as well as to focus on transparency, liability and a well-designed project and process management within your team when it comes to organization
  • Innovation is your greatest passion, you always questioning the status quo, optimize the resources and the outcome ratio while evolving processes for commercial touchpoints and customer requirements
  • You are empathic and remain calm under pressure; therefore you have a good feel for people and are well aware that open-minded and trustful management will lead to high motivation and productivity
  • You are fluent in German and English and enjoy working with international teams and customers


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Being the professional lead and support for one of our teams that takes ownership to establish an optimal customer journey
  • Transferring strategic and efficient management decisions into the operative business, in order to reduce time-to-online integration durations by meeting the quality standards and customers' needs
  • Acting as a role model for the team and constantly looking for ways to improve our initial services for our new customers to offer our new customers self-service integration solutions
  • Ensuring efficiency across the team in our joint projects, having full transparency about initiatives and the respective project steps. You successfully bring automation and customer satisfaction under one denominator and promote both
  • You will work closely with our New Business team and provide a suitable setup after the first integration project for handing over the customers to our team driving the multichannel approach of new customers afterwards
