The Role

You will support a dynamic, growing APAC team based in the Hong Kong office, and create an excellent experience for our Farfetchers at all stages of the employee journey. While advocating for our values, you'll have an 'amaze customer' approach and will provide timely and credible advice and counsel.

You will work across specific client groups to support the People Team agenda. You will also contribute to and lead on local projects which help us to create a culture where our people excel.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Define recruitment plans and manage 360 recruitment processes of full-time headcounts, as well as for freelance/temporary employees
    • Build up a strong candidate pool and control recruitment cost to continuously improve the smooth operation of recruitment procedure and process
    • Make sure excellent candidate experience throughout recruitment process and high level of candidates' engagement
    • Build up and manage relationships with HR service providers and recruitment websites
    • Act as a brand ambassador when representing Farfetch and job opportunities in the external market
    • Handle HR administrative tasks such as MPF registration, contract preparation, employee record management, annual employer tax return
    • Manage monthly freelance payroll report to ensure accurate and timely salary pay-out
    • Run employee benefit programs (e.g. medical, EC, and travel insurances, etc.)
    • Drive internship programs by aligning and coordinating internal business leaders and local schools
    • Drive internal communications and engagement initiatives
    • Global and regional projects (e.g. employer branding, internal gatherings...)


WHO YOU ARE

    • 5+ years of total work experience, with at least 2 in a regional full HR scope in an MNC
    • Bachelor Degree holder in HR, Business Administration or other related disciplines
    • Proficient in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant compliance requirements. Experience in handling work visa applications will be a plus
    • Passionate about people and a strong believer of People Management as a business driving function
    • Approachable, people-oriented, influential and understanding
    • Self-driven, proactive and apt to an open communication environment
    • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written, with people coming from various cultural backgrounds and business perspectives
    • Able to perform and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
    • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
    • Proficient with MS Office Software; previous working experience with Workday, Lever will be a big plus
