Position Overview
Responsible for supporting development and production in the Accessories category and managing the flow of communication to internal and external partners/suppliers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain accurate mill cards in the PLM.
* Create BOM tech packs in PLM. Input and/or verify product details in PLM to ensure accuracy of material information. Material readiness information input into PLM.
* Responsible for tracking sample report. Communication to factories and receipt to final destinations. Unpacking of samples in NY showroom.
* Input costs in PLM costing extension and export for Manager's review.
* Responsible for product samples and coordinating meetings with design/merchandise/testing teams.
* Support manager in OTB process, working in GFE & SAP systems. Ensuring pricing accuracy in all systems before line review and market each season.
* Liaise between sourcing office, suppliers and factories on development and bulk issues.
* Responsible for troubleshooting with sourcing office fabric and delivery issues and proactively communicating to insure on-time deliveries
* Responsible for wear-test approvals.
* Work with manager to ensure calendar dates are met by all teams for development and production.
* Code all vendor/material invoices in Ariba (RL system).
* Create and maintain seasonal target charts. Revise with add/drop information and modify any material/style changes that arise during development.
* Proto material creation and Ariba SRS PO creation for any offline sample requests due to location shifts.
* Arrange risk assessment with Testing team. Arrange all decks/samples to be available.
* Assist in digitization and sustainability initiatives.
