Position Overview
Work with the store team to consistently deliver an exceptional, memorable customer experience Empower, motivate and lead the development of the store team Generate meaningful revenue and profitable and sustainable growth for the store Effectively communicate and implement the retail store strategy and initiatives that support the RL business vision

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Work with the General Manager to coach and communicate to the support teams to ensure that all employees understand and are applying the RL Customer Experience service guidelines at all times Responsible for the recruitment, selection, supervision and development of store staff in conjunction with RL Learning department to optimize talent to deliver profitable sustainable growth. Coach and mentor direct reports to achieve optimal results Including succession planning for current and future positions. Responsible for achieving store shrinkage goals and for the establishment and implementation of both new and existing loss prevention procedures Managing the back of house, cash office and Alterations department to ensure it represents the brand, complies with relevant directives and is effectively maintained Communicating and maintaining back of house standards and managing the processing of deliveries efficiently, accurately and timely Establishing and maintaining an effective replenishment processes in line with store requirements Using department business reports, profiling and space analysis information effectively Communicating inventory best practices, ensuring efficient planning & implementation of compliance Direct the Communication and logging of all health and safety training for the store Responsible for managing all cash office SOPs and security requirements Ownership of the quality control and service level agreement of RL garment alterations Ensure your departments are resourced to achieve productivity targets and RL service standards Promoting and managing a high level of security discipline in the stockroom and receiving areas, Cash office and Alterations workshop Partnering with Asset Protection to support the Audit & inventory process in all areas

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
3 Years plus of successfully leading teams Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills A desire to build relationships and promote team work and develop people High level of analytical and reporting skill To be action orientated and solution driven to achieve results To be competent in IT systems to include Excel, Microsoft Word
