Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office

THE ROLE

The position is part of the Customer Service Department. You will be the point of contact for specific clients managing order book flow and monitoring and ensuring product ships are on time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Manage Order Management and Back Office activities regarding Italian and foreign Concessions.
    • Ensure the relationship and service to the customer in all phases of the life of the order in the time, mode and quality levels established by the company
    • Management of transport and/or customs documents
    • Management of shipments respecting the timing required by the customer/company also through the use of portals for reservations and sending goods
    • Customer support aimed at achieving the highest customer satisfaction
    • Ensure the correct execution of Claims
    • Prepare order monitoring reports
    • Coordination with internal functions especially Digital


WHO YOU ARE

    • Degree and/or experience in Customer Service contexts (preferably in the luxury sector)
    • Strong communication skills
    • Customer service attitude
    • Strong attention to detail, punctuality
    • Problem-solving
    • Excellent knowledge of written and oral English
    • Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications
    • Knowledge of export documents and customer interface programs Concessions
    • Knowledge of customs documentation for EXTRA EU shipments
