Job Title: Equity Administrator

Primary Purpose: Responsible for the day-to-day administration of all company stock plans (i.e. Stock Options, Restricted Stock Units, Performance RSU's & Employee Stock Purchase Plan)

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency inStock Administration and execute on the following...
- Process and maintain equity plans and grant documentation and administer all grants, exercises, releases, cancellations, terminations and any other equity compensation-based transactions under the Company's equity compensation plans
- Administer the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, including enrollment and purchases
- Manage vendor relationships, identify issues, advise on system updates and serve as the Company's primary contact for equity compensation data and transactions
- Answer employee inquiries regarding their stock option, restricted stock unit (RSU), ESPP and Board of Director's grants and retainers
- Assist the Company's stockholders with any stock-related issues
- Provide research and analytical support for ad hoc requests and projects
- Review annual reports from outside counsel to keep current of relevant stock plan administration rules and regulations and proposed changes
- Establish, document and maintain stock plan administration policies and procedures
- Work closely with Payroll to provide payroll adjustments for tax withholding and year-end tax reporting
- Provide adequate information and timely response related to equity transactions to Finance, HR, and Tax departments to ensure effective transaction processing
- Collaborate with the Human Resource and Legal departments on equity compensation activities

The accomplished individual will possess...
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of progressive stock administration experience in a global public company.
- 3+ years of tracking & reporting experience
- Working knowledge of third-party equity management systems (e.g., Fidelity)
- Comprehensive knowledge of various types of equity awards, programs, and governing stock plan documents
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, deadline-oriented, and able to complete tasks with minimal direction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach to work.
- Acute attention to detail and well-developed organization and time management skills.
- Strong work ethic, including the ability to work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and research skills with an acute attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a team environment
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Results oriented with the ability to understand and balance other business considerations
