Primary Purpose:
As a key member of the Outlet Ecommerce team, this role will support the in-season and ad-hoc briefings and content requests, measure asset performance and manage site merchandising for the digital business to help achieve financial and performance targets.

- Assist in briefing in-season and ad-hoc asset requests to Creative
- Supporting Site Content lead with creative asset requests, briefs, and performance analysis
- Collaborate with team to contribute to content and experience testing strategies
- Maintain in-season content calendars to ensure optimal placement and keep track of performance
- Manage homepage wireframes on a weekly basis, detailing performance by module
- Manage content spot calendar, ensuring optimization across shops
- Contribute to test + learn agenda for new content
- Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and weekly performance reporting by sharing ideas inspired from the competitive landscape
- Partner with testing team to brief upcoming initiatives
The accomplished individual will possess...
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 3-4 years of professional, relevant eCommerce experience required
- Passion for eCommerce is a must
- Strong product sensibility or prior merchandising experience preferred
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent communication skills and team oriented mindset
- Ability to effectively interact with team members and extensive cross functional network across all levels
- Exceptional ability to be flexible and adaptive to changing priorities and react with appropriate sense of urgency
- Strong Excel skills a must
- PIM experience preferred; Demandware/SFCC or Plumslice a plus
- Experience with Google Analytics & knowledge of digital KPIs a plus
