Junior Business Analyst
HUGO BOSS Ticino SA | Coldrerio | Switzerland | Full-time

HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear & Accessories supported by a Business Services Unit.

Sited within our Business Development team, the candidate will support the most business relevant analysis and reporting tools in order to contribute to the company grow and its alignment to the global strategy. The role referring to a Team Leader, will handle of the following tasks

What you can expect:

• Support the data maintenance and reporting automation for the whole HUGO BOSS Ticino organization in the following areas: Sales, Collection Frameworks, P&L KPIs

• Assist on the preparation of the outlook scenario such as the definition of the overall target and the implementation of performance tracking systems ( data collection, integration, and performance monitoring);
• Support the definition of both the Yearly and Seasonal budgets for each Brand, Line and product category;
• Be part of the connection and interaction with both Controlling and the BUs' interfaces (Brand Management/Operations) sited in HUGO BOSS Ticino and HQ;
• Contribute to the preparation of the overall reporting dashboards and related documents (eg ppt docs);
• Data maintenance in Company systems such as PLM and SAP.

Your profile:

• Have a Master Degree in Engineering, Economics or comparable graduation;
• A previous basic experience in similar role acquired in large corporation or international company will be a plus;
• Be willing to become familiar with the dynamics of the fashion industry and its related competencies or consolidate them;
• Featured by strong analytical skills and capability to understand business challenges;
• Provide a distinctive networking and communication effectiveness.
• Be focused, organized and able to work in a demanding team;
• Have excellent knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, VBA and SQL competences would be a plus as well as SAP and QlikView;
• Be fluent in English; German and Italian would be a plus
