Position Overview
We're looking forward someone with a global mind-set - who thrives in working collaboratively across multidisciplinary and diverse teams to influence positive change and who can help us to create a winning employee brand. Experienced employee communication professional with drive, dynamism and creative flair who can build strong relationships across all stakeholder levels. A proven ability to produce and execute the business communications engagement strategy utilising innovative solutions. Equipped with excellent interpersonal and project management skills. Candidates must be Proficient in Indesign, Photoshop, Figma, Microsoft Office and Google Suite and have excellent writing skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Employee Communications - Align, develop and implement all Employee Engagement programs and initiatives in EMEA - Leverage high energy brand moments to drive community. Unite employees around purpose-driven campaigns and promote topics they care about. Drive employee-led initiatives and ensure they are given a platform to express their voice in open and honest conversation Business Alignment - Responsible for department and regional alignment for all employee-led initiatives and events - Manage Editorial & Content Calendar - Lead a large network of internal partners involved in cross-organisational projects across complex delivery networks - Collate market research and competitor analysis - help support with global competitor briefings and future corporate strategies Copy and Digital Asset Creation - Creator of email and digital content, including podcasts and video - creative branding for internal and external use - Coordinate agency briefings - Manage asset briefing, usage and delivery Campaign Management & Event Planning - Manage internal intranet and social media platform - Prioritise and lead all operational and strategic activities in EMEA - Manage department budget & Ad Hoc requests

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Candidates must be Proficient in Indesign, Photoshop, Figma, Microsoft Office and Google Suite and have excellent writing skills.
