About the role:
Being part of the Product Team, you will be responsible for driving product strategy and definition by translating customer needs into business and product requirements. You'll have the chance to build a world-leading customer journey in a luxury & fashion online shopping platform! You will report to the Director of Product and act with focus on the Latin America region.
What you'll do:
Work on an ambitious vision for Latam product area, collaboratively with stakeholders on an on-going basis;
Work closely with stakeholders to build a joint understanding of the product plans ahead, create business cases and maximise your teams' impact;
Lead, support and coach product managers and designers in the team, reinforcing impact-driven and customer-centric values within the team;
Challenge all members of the wider team (engineering as well) to think boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans;
Distil insights and feedback from several sources, and help your team translating them into product evolution and an actionable backlog;
Lead your team into working with the business to create strong hypotheses and put them to the test with real customers;
Lead the area to have a strong focus on product quality and use of qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform product development strategy.
Who you are:
A leader with strong framing ability, executive presence, and ability to motivate teams around a common goal;
Experience working in large-scale organizations on a multi-national level is a plus.
A person able to think globally and strategically to frame new and complex issues;
You have good attention to detail; ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously; and an ability to synthesize complex information quickly and effectively;
Expertise of the Agile methodology best practices and how to instill it within product teams;
You have strong experience developing digital products partnering with engineering and data teams;
A leader with solid interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships.${description2}
