We're looking for an IAM Analyst to be part of the IAM team, a new team inside the Security Department. Your role will involve design, support and maintain the Identity & Access Management at Farfetch. This means you'll work with different partners, systems engineering, developers, HR, application owners and auditors, creating functional, scalable and secure IAM operations in a diverse and rich technological environment. You will report to the IAM Team.


    • Create, maintain and improve workflows
    • Support and maintain IAM environment treating tickets and incidents
    • Customize the user interface (UI), email templates, certification campaigns, forms and rules
    • Lead in complex problem investigations and solution development for mitigation and prevention of future recurrence by means of process, procedure, or tools improvements
    • Implement and maintain multiple access control strategies (RBAC, PBAC, ABAC), Role Management and SoD
    • Design/Build prototype of reviews and reporting
    • Support audit and risk assessments by providing evidences either manually or through automation
    • Process and system documentation


    • A graduate of a program in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
    • +3 years in a similar position or in a IAM team
    • A person with experience in IAM tools (Sailpoint IdentityIQ, Sailpoint IdentityNow, IBM Security/Tivoli Identity Manager, One Identity, CA Identity Manager, Omada Identity Suite, ForgeRock, NetIQ Identity Manager, Oracle IAM, Okta etc)
    • Well-founded experience with Identity LifeCycle Management, Provisioning and Certification process
    • Working knowledge with SoD, regulatory compliance (SOX, PCI DSS and GDPR)
    • Well-founded experience implementing multiple access control strategies and their comparative strengths (RBAC, PBAC, ABAC)
    • Knowledge of scripting in PowerShell, Bash, Python and Java and usage of Web Services APIs REST and SOAP (JSON/XML/RPC/HTTP).
    • Experience with Agile methodology Scrum or Kanban
    • Team player with collaboration skills
    • Experience in Active Directory and LDAP
    • Advanced english skills
