Sourcing Manager Indirect Materials EMEA (m/f/d)

You are a talented negotiator and excited to work on conceptual and strategic approaches in a dynamic working environment? HUGO BOSS is looking for a procurement pioneer to build and establish our Shared Services for Indirect Materials in Europe.

What you can expect:

• Planning and execution of complex and strategic procurement activities in close cooperation with all HUGO BOSS subsidiaries in EMEA
• Handle procurement activities for wide range of products, such as IT, Facility Management, Logistics, Professional Services, Marketing, etc.
• Leading end-to-end sourcing process - prepare project planning, tendering, cost analysis and negotiations
• Lead and conduct commercial and T&Cs negotiation with vendor.
• Development and execution of commodity strategies
• Conducting active supplier management by continuously improving cost, quality, delivery and service parameters in working closely with our suppliers.
• Implementation and development of e-Procurement processes
• Explore sustainable and innovative procurement potentials
  

Your profile:

• BS College Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3 Years + working experience in Procurement, ideally in the indirect procurement area
• Ideally experience in the roll-out of e-procurement solutions (SAP Ariba)
• Hands-on mentality combined with profound project management skills
• Fluent in English (additional European language would be a plus)
• Advance user in MS Excel and SAP
• Willing to travel
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial
