Partner Manager Global Partner eCommerce (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a passionate Partner Manager Global Partner eCommerce (m/f/d) who likes to make a difference and drive things forward. Are you enthusiastic about build and maintain productive strategic partnerships and do you have strong analytical skills? A highly motivated team of experts with flat hierarchies and a lot fun at work is looking forward to welcome you in our Global Partner eCommerce department.

What you can expect:
  • Build and maintain productive strategic partnerships with international internal stakeholders (markets) and act as global online Partner eCommerce key account manager to operationally consult the markets
  • Drive improvements within the program to reduce inefficiencies, leading to more efficient partner management, e.g. through implementation of sell-in analysis an consumer insights reports
  • Analyse the existing partner portfolio and carve out potentials in terms of marketing, brand representation and assortment as well as optimization of structures and processes. Define and document account strategies per partner
  • Analysis of potential new partners, markets and business models and planning of the upcoming integrations together with markets, partners and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure a uniform online appearance accross all platforms according to HUGO BOSS online guidelines
  • Support and lead Board Approvals, starting with checking the new potential partners brand and strategic fit and by accompanying the markets and management until approval
  • Support the Program Managers Global Partner eCommerce in projects by taking over specific tasks / sub projects


Your profile:
  • Bachelor / Master Degree in business administration or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience as key account manager in eCommerce or similar
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams
  • Experience with managing, structuring & optimizing customer relations (B2B)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (German and English)
  • Good analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with international internal and external stakeholders
