Position Overview
This position will lead and manage global and regional Quality and Expansion projects in Global Sourcing Department , in collaboration with different product categories, brands and other cross functional partners. Helping Quality and Expansion leaders for Planning and organizing the resources, communicate effectively with related partners, and be the gatekeeper ensuring that the required work will be performed and that each of the deliverables can be completed in the allotted time and within budget. Candidate from fashion and apparel, sourcing industry is preferred. This position is open to hire from India OR Hong Kong.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Project Management
* Responsible for delivering projects on time within budget and scope
* Identifying & Coordinating project scope/objectives, develop project plans, process flow/role mapping and other relevant project management tools with specific milestones and ownership, developing project plans to leading execution
* Provide project leadership to the projects assigned from both a strategic and operational perspective
* Align project parameters, methodology and deliverables with key stakeholders
* Managing work through the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet the project requirement
* Partner with the end users, work with project sponsors and co-ordinate with counterparts across regions and brands/categories as required to establish progress and direction of project by achieving goals, reaching targets
* Identify and mitigate risks and propose solutions/alternatives before they become issues
* Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators in an effort to identify opportunities for improvement in the existing business model, processes and structure
* Set up work-streams as needed and manage throughout the process; including development and delivery of communications and education resources
* Act as advocate on the projects and coordinates between global brand/strategy teams and regional categories/functions Quality & Expansion
* Partner with Quality and Expansion leaders to understand the regional, global initiatives & projects.
* Support to monitor the progress according to the expected outcome within set timeframe.
* Guide and Coordinate the team to roll out, scale up the scope based on set strategies.
* Follow up implementation results based on set KPI's.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Apparel sourcing and operations experience in global companies, as well as relevant experience in management consulting firms are required
* Hands-on experience in leading regional or global business projects independently
* Excellent project management skills and knowledge of PM tools
* Experience of leading change management initiatives and working in ambiguity
* Strong Business Acumen; Analytical and attend to details
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, assertive and organized
* Highly motivated; demonstrates a "can-do" approach in being proactive with work assignments
* A team player, strong interpersonal, collaboration and team working skills with proven ability to coach and build high performing teams
