Position Overview
Product Development Associate will be supporting the team in research and development of technique, embroidery for woven, sweater, denim, leather and accessories for Ralph Lauren WW Collection.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Take part to the search phase with the PD director and manager
* Support the R&D team to receive all the info re mood and specific research from NY team and the Designer
* Research on trends and moods to propose to NY style office based on the input received
* Manage the embroidery archive (organize and catalog the embroidery)
* Cooperate with Fabric team to send materials to the suppliers/embroiders to develop the techniques
* Attend sample muslin fittings via zoom with Design, PD technician and vendors and send the fitting updates
* Cooperate and assist to make the placement of the embroidery and technique on the paper pattern of the collection samples (woven, denim, knitwear) and work with Indian and Italian supplier to monitor the work in progress of the styles w/technique
* Cooperate within the team to manage the embroidery/technique artwork grading for stock

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* At least 2years of experience to develop technique /embroidery for luxury women's wear field
* Fluency in Tech English (will be tested during the interview)
* Availability to travel in Italy and abroad to support R&D team
* Knowledge of computer operating systems (photoshop)
* Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
* Excellent ability to work in team with respect of roles
* Availability to start asap We offer 6 months temporary contract.
