FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW:
The Manager, Merchandise & Supply Chain Analytics position will provide data driven insights and analyses, with the express intent of translating and communicating findings from this analytics' vertical to stakeholders.
This position will truly sit between the business and data. It will partner closely with other managers and analysts across merchandise and supply chain analytics as well as cross functional teams across Merchant Planning, Buying, Marketing, eComm and Analytics to intake and prioritize requests, frame a data-driven solution, and deliver that solution.
This position will support analytics based needs across all Neiman Marcus divisions and selling channels.

Specific Duties and Qualifications:
- Versed in translating data into actionable insights, and communicating those insights in a clear/concise manner
- Efficient analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly scope and deliver on an analytical ask and to work iteratively to refine a solution as needed
- Development of dashboards and other self service portals that can provide business partners with
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that behavioral analytics and insights are embedded in decision making
- Minimum of 4+ years of related experience in a data insights and analysis related role
- High degree of comfort with data extraction and manipulation (some SQL would be ideal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Experience in management consulting a plus
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, Adobe Analytics is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Applied Mathematics, etc) or sufficient on the job use of related skills. Master's degree is a plus
