Position Overview
The Marketing Associate role is focused on coordinate end-to-end management of brand visibility programs across 60+ Outlet stores in 10+ markets. This role acts as project coordinator across various internal & external functions in Ralph Lauren, to ensure seamless execution to meet brand visibility targets. The role's scope covers Ralph Lauren brands and product categories, across menswear, womenswear, childrenswear and home furnishings. The position reports to the Brand Marketing Manager and works closely with the wider Marketing, Store Operations, Creative teams & externally with agencies & multiple landlords. The role is based in London.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Relationship Management
* Be the day to day point of contact for internal and external stakeholders ensuring accurate flow of information, timelines and progress
* Create, maintain project trackers & own alignment calls to keep teams up to date
* Manage budgeting and accounting of spend across functions New Store Openings
* Ensure all in center & store advertising opportunities are maximized
* Ensure content is strategically considered with cross-functional teams such as buying, planning, brand marketing & regional teams
* Ensure plans are aligned with wider opening plans from a creative, messaging/language & timing cadence
* Represent the marketing function in cross-alignment decks and meetings In Season In-center Brand Visibility
* Plan & execute OOH Advertising across key markets to ensure maximum brand visibility
* Ensure content is strategically considered with cross-functional teams such as buying, planning, brand marketing & regional teams
* Consider business & brand messaging cadence & language requirements
* Partner & agree with creative team on all in-center product moments & ensure plans are well considered against business & marketing cadence
* Track performance, share results and adapt strategies. Eventing In-Centre/In-Store
* Ideate, develop & execute eventing programs at mass scale & for core groups across philanthropy, sportsmanship, key branding campaigns, tourism etc.
* Partner with wider marketing, creative & business groups to plan & for flawless execution

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* You will be organized, have attention to detail & be adept at relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
* Possess a good understanding of the fashion market, brand positioning and marketplace profiles.
* Primary skills and aptitudes are to be organized, adaptable, a strong planner, to be able to manage multiple streams of activities, prioritizing appropriately and willing to seek support where required
* Be a persuasive, engaging communicator, that gains support from disparate teams, whose objective may not be aligned Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements
* At least 2 full strategic cycles experience in a commercially focused role in the retail sector. Fashion an advantage but not essential
* Experienced in content orchestration & copy writing with understanding of the wider marketing functions
* Strong Excel and Powerpoint
* Experience in a results driven multi-channel environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
* Excellent oral and visual presentation skills
* Fluency in English language is required
