Expert Global Diversity & Inclusion (m/f/d)
HUGO BOSS AG | Metzingen | Germany | Full-time/Part-time

To strengthen our Global Diversity & Inclusion team we are looking for an Expert Global Diversity & Inclusion (m/f/d) starting February 2022.

What you can expect:
  • Support the Diversity & Inclusion organizational level vision and strategy execution with various initiatives
  • Creating clear and engaging visualizations of findings and recommendations on various diversity and inclusion topics, including the creation of brief informational and educational materials
  • Keep a tab of external best practices, benchmarking and trainings in the field of Diversity & Inclusion
  • Defining and executing projects in a matrix organization with focus on change management and impact
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups (employee groups, sustainability team, procurement, corporate communications, unit heads and HR teams)


Your profile:
  • Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, or Diversity and Inclusion
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting and leading a credible, functional diversity and inclusion
  • Experience in successfully supporting organization wide change efforts (with related management and driving of initiatives)
  • Working experience with a fashion brand with Diversity and Inclusion topics is a plus
  • Experience in defining and executing projects
  • Business analytics skills with understanding of KPIs and associated numbers
  • Ability to support and drive the various topics with both head and heart (emotional intelligence)
  • Clear and effective communication skills in English and German both verbal and written
