European Lead Facility Management (m/f/d)

THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As European Lead Facility Management (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the technical management of the Facility Technology / Facility Management area with a focus on building technology for our logistics sites internationally (Poland, Italy, Netherlands).

• You formulate the strategy in an understandable manner, that motivates the teams to reach the defined goals.
• You have advanced Knowledge & Experience in the field of maintenance strategies, employee utilization (resource planning), auditing processes, leading managers and teams, aligning with company goals, OKRs, targets and strategies, and contract negotiation.
