Our São Paulo office is located in the heart of the city, a region full of cultural spaces and history. The office houses several different teams, from Operations to Technology. We have an auditorium where we can host presentations, lectures and fun activities!

THE ROLE

The CRM Analyst will improve and execute the strategy of CRM channels (e-mail and push) to achieve revenue targets and customer retention.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Analyze, develop and execute the CRM channels (email and push) in order to increase revenue and customer retention for Farfetch e-commerce.
    • Propose and implement improvements in performance of CRM channels, such as A/B testing, segmentation strategy, OR/CTR optimization, deliverability and re-engagement strategies.
    • Build, develop and provide maintenance in customer journeys campaigns.;
    • Provide relevant recommendations and next steps based on current performance and objectives.
    • Work cross-functional (design, BI, Global CRM) with areas in pursuit of optimizing process and results;
    • Share and adopt best practices/projects of the channel with global CRM team;
    • Support and implement the promotional strategy on CRM Channels.




WHO YOU ARE

    • You have experience with E-mail channel (+3 years)
    • You're a business oriented analyst with an eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
    • You previously worked directly with Ecommerce, Marketplace or Retail
    • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, if, vlookup, dashs)
    • Experience using an Email Service Provider (preferably Responsys or similar tier 1 provider)
    • You are comfortable with large datasets and able to draw insights
    • You speak fluent Portuguese and advanced English
