Expert Digital HR Marketing (m/f/d)
HUGO BOSS AG | Metzingen near Stuttgart | Germany | Full-time/Part-time

As an "Expert Employer Branding", you will work as part of the global talent acquisition team on further designing, planning and executing our global employer branding strategy.

What you can expect:
  • Create a global framework of different employer branding/marketing activities to be locally implemented
  • Implement a new state of the art onboarding event including VR experience.
  • Be part of the project team to implement a new recruiting system together with a new internal and external career page also steering the global rollout
  • Also further develop the career pages and social media channels in close cooperation with Corporate Communications.
  • Identify and implement new and state of the art HR marketing tools together with the HR Digitalization team.
  • Partner with our HR Recruiters, Strategic HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to support in developing talent marketing strategies and new sourcing strategies by delivering concepts for the right candidate communication to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of existing communication channels and remain informed of best practices in the profession.
  • Utilize analytics to execute and refine programs for maximum return on investment and track key performance metrics.

Your profile:
  • University degree in marketing, HR, communications or related field.
  • At least 3 years of marketing, employer branding or project management experience building company-wide programs for global corporate organizations or in agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to take complex ideas and translate them into key messages and creative executions to solve moderate to complex recruiting challenges as well as the ability to pick up new tasks quickly and independently.
  • Strong project planning and management skills with solid understanding of technology (interest in VR, metaverse, etc. are a plus)
  • Fluent English and German.
  • Exceptional networking skills with the ability to influence peers and stakeholders.
  • Journalist/influencer mentality with high affinity to social media.
  • Flexible, proactive and service oriented team player.
