Team Lead Planning Global eCommerce (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a passionate Team Lead Planning eCommerce (m/f/d) who likes to make a difference and drive things forward. Are you enthusiastic about merchandise management and do you have strong analytical skills? A highly motivated team of experts with flat hierarchies and a lot fun at work is looking forward to welcome you in our Merchandise Management eCommerce department.

What you can expect:
  • Complete responsibility for net sales, total price reductions, margin & total stock targets for all centrally managed online platforms (HB.com and marketplaces)
  • Responsibility for ensuring all operational planning: pre-order buying budget and assortment planning (fashion & NOS), in-season budget planning, logistics inbound planning
  • Monitoring & alignment of buying activities to ensure investment within plan.
  • Overall monitoring of in-season performance of all centrally managed online platforms, defining and triggering key actions with team
  • Alignment of budgets, targets & overall strategy with key stakeholders & senior leadership team
  • Leading planning team: individual development of team members, guidance towards targets, motivation, recruiting, performance assessment
  • Ensuring platforms for open exchange and steering the business in trade meetings
  • Active management of internal & external interfaces, building strong partnerships: buying, in-season trading teams, controlling, logistics, digital sales teams, external partners


Your profile:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business administration or similar
  • 5+ years relevant working experience in planning , eCommerce is a plus.
  • Ability to lead, motivate & develop a team.
  • Enthusiastic, self-confident & self-motivated. Ambition to drive through initiatives & change to achieve company targets.
  • Strong analytical, organisational & numerical skills combined with close attention to detail.
  • Energetic & dynamic personality, High level of empathy and integrity
  • Strong Computer literacy, MS office, SAP/BIS/AO reporting.
  • Business fluency in English, written & spoken
