Team Lead Market Places Global eCommerce (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a passionate Team Lead Market Places eCommerce (m/f/d) who likes to make a difference and drive things forward. Are you enthusiastic about merchandise management and do you have strong analytical skills? A highly motivated team of experts with flat hierarchies and a lot fun at work is looking forward to welcome you in our Merchandise Management eCommerce department.

What you can expect:

• Overall responsibility for net sales, total price reductions, margin & total stock targets for all centrally managed partner platforms
• Responsibility for ensuring all merchandising activities: allocation & replenishment, delivery & onboarding status, tracking, Open-to-buy spending, sale, season end clearing, product activation
• Design of eCommerce merchandising strategy with focus on platform business together with Head of eCommerce Merchandising
• Monitoring of platform performance, defining & triggering key actions with the team
• Alignment of budget spending, sale, assortments, and overall strategy with relevant interfaces and senior leadership team
• Leading the marketplace team: individual development of team members, guidance towards targets, motivation, recruiting, performance assessment
• Active management of internal interfaces & external partners to build strong relationships: planning team, partner management & project teams, buying & in-season trading teams
  

Your profile:

• Bachelor or Master in Business administration or similar
• 5+ years relevant working experience in merchandising or market place management, eCommerce is a plus.
• Ability to lead, motivate & develop a team.
• Enthusiastic, self-confident & self-motivated. Ambition to drive through initiatives and change to achieve company target
• Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully
• Energetic & dynamic personality, high level of empathy and integrity.
• Strong computer literacy, MS office, SAP
• Business fluency in English, written & spoken
