JOB PURPOSE

The key objective of this role is to support in all aspects and smooth running of Styling within the Brand Experience and Photo Studio team. Support Styling team on practical needs such as sample co-ordination, logistics, research and admin duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting Director of Styling, Brand and Digital Stylists on styling projects and shoot process
  • styling and inspiration research
  • Building documents and reports
  • Support sourcing for Stylists product pull from various departments, ensuring collaborative relationships with Showroom, Samples, Product Development and Photo Studio
  • On-set support
  • Supporting Stylist and Assistants with samples and returns, ensuring the greatest care is taken at all times
  • Manage underpinnings and styling rooms
  • assisting where required in all daily tasks and general activities, from general database and admin work, and any ad-hoc needs for styling team
  • Supporting other styling teams such as Photo Studio and VM teams when needed


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • A keen interest and sound knowledge of both men's and women's fashion and the luxury environment
  • Experience in assisting, prepping and shoots/luxury fashion ideal but not imperative
  • No specific qualifications but graduate ideal
  • Creative mind set
  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to be flexible to working hours/conditions
  • Keynote (familiar)
