Job Title: Program Associate, Coach Foundation
Primary Purpose:
This position will manage the Coach Foundation's Dream It Real program focused on equity education and scholarship access for young people from underrepresented backgrounds. The Coach Foundation's mission is to help break cycles of inequality by empowering the next gen to reach their full potential through higher education. In 2020, the Coach Foundation announced a goal to provide 5,000 scholarships globally by 2025.

Background: The Coach Foundation is the charitable foundation of the Coach brand. Since inception, the Coach Foundation has donated over $60 million all over the world. The Foundation partners with nonprofits around the world to provide grants to advance our mission. Dream It Real is the core program of the Foundation focused on equity education.

Key responsibilities include: leading grant measurement and evaluation for the Foundation's global nonprofit partners, oversee the Dream It Real employee mentor program, lead program communications, and support quarterly Foundation Board meetings. The Program Associate will report directly to the Director of the Coach Foundation.

- Manage projects and ongoing initiatives with minimal oversight, including the primary responsibility of leading the Foundation's Dream It Real grantee measurement (global programs including North America, China, Japan, and the United Kingdom) to monitor grantee performance and data reporting for the annual Corporate Responsibility Report. Data management includes tracking equity, inclusion, diversity information from grantee recipients and beneficiaries.
- Manage the Dream It Real mentor program with 150 Coach/Tapestry employees who mentor students in our nonprofit partner's programs. Responsibilities include planning two annual mentoring days at Coach's headquarters at Hudson Yards, annual mentor training, creating the annual mentoring calendar and oversight of employee questions.
- Serve as the first point-of-contact for Coach Foundation and Dream It Real, including: fielding questions and requests; explaining program guidelines and communicating eligibility decisions; and regular communications with nonprofit partners and those seeking Coach Foundation funding. Responsible for answering internal and external inquiries.
- Manage Foundation's invoicing and donation process through monthly payment schedule; Maintain clear and accurate Foundation records, files, materials, governance documents, grant agreements and official minutes for Foundation Board and Investment Advisory Committee meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the Director including meeting and presentation support.
- Partner with internal communications team to execute Foundation communications including Dream It Real updates, employee engagement opportunities, volunteering, matching gifts, and community service announcements.
- Design and produce special events, on-site and virtual, including: employee presentations (corporate and field teams); panels and site visits with nonprofit partners; and volunteering initiatives. Specifically, plan and execute two 'Dream Days' per year for employees to volunteer with grantees in our Dream It Real program.

The accomplished individual will possess...
- At least two years of full-time Social Impact and employee engagement experience; Bachelor's Degree required.
- Data management experience, ability to create a grantee monitoring and evaluation system for 15-20 nonprofits.
- Project management experience and judgment, including managing vendor relationships and complex event planning.
- Relationship-building; interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Solid research skills, particularly nonprofit due diligence including Form 990s and nonprofit annual reports.
- Proficiency in invoice payment and tracking.
- Organization and computer skills, including advanced features of Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in higher-education philanthropy and youth development, given the Coach Foundation's mission.
