Digital Marketing Intern, Ecommerce
Objective:
- To gain a well-rounded overview of Digital Marketing and CRM within a fast-paced, luxury environment. To provide creative and analytical support for the marketing functions within the e-commerce team that includes paid socials, paid search, and display ads as well as email and SMS marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Support manager with planning and execution of both domestic and global initiatives
- Assist in proposals, creative briefs, and special marketing/CRM projects
- Oversee tracking and delivery of digital ads as well as maintaining our marketing calendar and partner database
- Maintain asset deliverables both internally and with vendors
- Assist with email/SMS campaigns through templated design, segmentations, QA, testing and deployment in addition to triggered and transactional flows
- Support manager with reportings on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Conduct monthly competitive research on marketing/CRM initiatives and social trends
- Ad-hoc items as needed by manager that may extend into other areas of e-commerce
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Psychology or General Business
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and both written and verbal communication
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Drive, and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Experience or knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics, Photoshop and copywriting is a huge plus
- Authorized to work in the United States
